SRF Limited (SRF) Stock - Complete Technical Analysis - Nov 28, 2024

SRF Stock Technical Analysis: Bearish Reversal & Key Support Levels to Watch NSE

SRF Limited's current technical landscape indicates a mixed outlook with a hint of caution. The stock is trading at 2,262, which places it slightly above its recent 52-week low of 2,089, yet still significantly below its 52-week high of 2,693. This range suggests that SRF has some room to maneuver but faces resistance at higher levels.

The recent formation of the Evening Star pattern is a bearish reversal signal, highlighting potential for a price drop in the near term. The stock has tested support around the 2,220-2,250 range in recent days, with lows touching 2,225, indicating a critical support level. If SRF fails to hold these levels, it may be headed toward its 52-week low of 2,089, where further support lies.

Resistance remains firm in the 2,300-2,350 zone, which has been the upper range in recent sessions. However, with negative readings from key indicators like the MACD and a neutral RSI, there's not much momentum pushing the stock higher. The ADX at 25.91 also points to a lack of a strong trend, and the overall volatility, indicated by the ATR, suggests that the stock could make sharp moves in either direction.

For traders, it is advisable to stay cautious, especially with the current bearish reversal pattern in play. Key support levels to watch are around 2,220-2,250, while resistance near 2,300-2,350 could act as a ceiling. A clear breakout above these resistance levels may trigger a rally, but the lack of momentum and potential for further downside risk suggests a more cautious approach at the moment.
